Before we start anything, have to mention that I’ve always found it slightly-can’t think of a real good adjective-embarrassing perhaps, to be congratulated for not throwing myself under the bus.

After all, most of us agree that there was nothing we could do about ‘being’ alcoholics, it wasn’t a choice that we made.

And the reason we were chosen for recovery, call it luck, a miracle, whatever you happen to believe, myself, am just grateful I’m still not out there with the suffering.

Now that I have it, will always strive to remember what a truly priceless gift it is.
