Id like to go to my first meeting today (Day 2 of not drinking, yahoo!) I went to one Beginers meeting 10 months ago but Im not at all familar with AA. The only meeting in my town this afternoon is a “closed” meeting, which my local AA site indicates is for Alchoholics only (not relatives, I assume). I am one, but Im brand new to AA. Is this the type of meeting that a first timer is welcome to attend? or will feel comfortable attending? Thanks for your help!
