Hi all suffering from these two awful things.

Walmart has a tablet by the name of Leg Cramp. It has a small amount of Quinine in it. This is what stops the leg cramps and restless legs.

I get a monthly prescription called Carbidopa 10/ Levodopa 100mg for my restless legs. It works wonderful.

You can take either one of these day or night.

Good luck to all with these problems. I know they are a pain in the you know what, but we’ll say legs.
