    Here’s something I haven’t seen yet!! Here you are, at your computer…. Stop what you’re doing, take 5-10 minutes and let’s do a little PT (physical training). Whatever you can handle, stretch, yoga, or my favorite PUSH UPS! The choice is yours, just ask that you post what you’ve done. If you don’t have 5 minutes to do your body some good now, when will you??

    That’s an order 😉
