I have been off of Opiods for 3 days now. I have been on them for around 7 years without missing more than a day. I did have a week that was Very sick and missed 2-3 days. I was up to probably 160mg per day at worst time.

When I decided to quit (for real no fibbin to myself- this time) I managed to get down to 20mgs – 10 for 3 days then cold turkey.
So over the last 3 days I have feeling a shocking feeling randomly – it really feels like I grabbed a 120volt ac line or a phone line when ringing. It is very short burst then gone. :wtf2

I have also noticed when going to sleep I will experience a for lack of better descrition a muscle spasm. My entire body jerks 1 time.

Yesterday I got some Clonidine – too early to tell if the above continues while on this- I will update later.

Is this NORMAL (well normal for W/d?)
