Please help! I’ve been sober for just over 6 months, and the sugar cravings seem to be getting worse every day. I was a 6-10+ beer a day drinker, plus sometimes a glass of wine too. The first couple of months I had no sugar cravings, then just a little, then more, and now it’s totally ridiculous!
PS-I lost about 20 lbs in the first 2-3 months of sobriety, and I look better than I have in years. So far no weight gain but I’m getting worried, and this can’t be good for me nutritionally (although obviously better than drinking). Any advice? Does this get better over time? What are your experiences with sugar cravings? :c019:
