    So I am now on my 4th day without a drink. I am already feeling less depressed and anxious.

    I am focussing on getting my diet back to speed, cutting out grains and dairy – I tend to do very well on a Paleo diet, Primal Blueprint-ish.

    Also am starting squash again, and getting my finances in order.

    Things feel like they are on the up for me for once.
