Today I am experiencing my first real physical pain since quitting percocet and it really sucks. I hurt my back about 5 or so years ago and this is the exact pain I was dealing with back then. I can’t even lift my left leg more than a couple inches off the ground without it feeling like an electrical shock all down my left leg and up my upper left rear hip.

It’s amazing that I have felt no real physical pain for almost the whole 5 1/2 weeks since I quit. I really think you only get what you can handle sometimes.

I know I read something here about pain management without drugs once but I can no longer find it. Without giving medical advice, can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
