Anyone get really really *really* vivid nightmares the days after a binge? Ihad one so vivid i shot bolt upright and could hear whispering etc when i awoke, im assuming this has got to be some sort of hallunication.

I was so scared i genuinely got up and switched the light on, must be the first time ive done that in about 15 years.
