Just wondering, is there a fine line between having a drink problem and being an alcoholic? If so what is this line? What makes them different?
I wouldnt class myself as an alcoholic but i would say i have a small problem with drink (yeah i know, big, small, a problem is a problem, im not denying that!)….
When i thought to myself, whats an alcoholic? I came up with, “someone who has a problem with drink”. This is true, but then i thought, “i have a problem with drink, but im not an alcoholic”. So then i thought “an alcoholic is someone who is chemically addicted to alcohol”. But then, if i was to use that definition alot of alcoholics wouldnt be classed as alcoholics. Make sence?
